Hello, my spooky bitches. What is up? What has everybody been up to? Welcome back. We got another episode here of the Hello Sydney podcast, a podcast for horror lovers where we discuss any and all things horror. And it's me,

you girl, Sydney. So I'm currently filming this on Sunday, April 7th. And on Friday, April 5th,

the first Omen came out. And quite frankly, like, this one wasn't even on my radar for like

2024 horror. I didn't even really know it was coming out until I just heard it was basically out.

And I've seen multiple people say that this is the best and the scariest horror movie of the

year so far. Is this true? Has anybody seen it? Like that makes me really nervous because that

means I'm going to go into it with really high expectations. And usually when I do that,

I'm let down. So I'm really nervous

about it. But what do you guys think? Have you seen it? I don't know. I love the original Omen. I think

it's just a staple and legendary. And it actually had some pretty decent sequels. The remake was

pretty trash. And that's like the last Omen installment that we got.

And that was in 2006.

And honestly, like, I thought this franchise was just left to die.

But I mean, we are seeing a resurgence of basically every single franchise that we've ever

known and loved, like remakes, reboots, direct sequels, you name it.

We're getting them.

So I guess there's no time better than now, but again, I'm just really like curious as to how this is going to be from what I heard. It's fucking incredible.

So I might have to go see that one in the theaters this week. But will it scare me like the

movies on the list for today's episode that I'm about to present to you? Did. Now, I've said

this before. I'll say it again. I'll say it until I'm dead.
