I am a small business mama myself.

I run three businesses and I have two beautiful children.

And so when it comes to the thoughts that we think or our abilities or our perceived abilities or

our fear, I want you to think about how that affects you, affects you how it affects your family how it affects

your business and really deeply how it affects this one life that you get to live my father always

used to tell me he said j birdie you know you get one life to live you might as well do what you

love and i mean growing up that impacted me so much and And then after my brother passed, I remember I had this bracelet that I used to wear all the time.

It had like a little silver medallion on it.

And it had like two like woven leather thin straps that would kind of buckle around the top and it said in the metal
