First and foremost we want to think Peter who reached out to us for Ron and Don

sit down. Yeah when you think of real estate think of Ron Don. And he's just one of our listeners that reached

out to us and said, hey, I got this property in the north end of Seattle. I don't know what

it's worth. But I think I'm ready to sell. I don't know when to sell. Do I sell now? Do I sell in the new year? I know there's

something going on with excise taxes. Can you sell a home during the holidays? Should I upgrade the kitchen? What should I do? And Ron the

first thing that we did when we sat down with Peter, in fact you did a lot of work

before Peter even got there. I went and physically looked at the property and did a drive-by and then you did a lot of research.

There's a lot of science here and I know that people will go on to get their

zestimates and other things.

Those are algorithms but how can we actually figure out what a property is

truly worth here in the Seattle, Tacoma.
