I'm okay as you might hear.

I've been fighting a cold and I've reached that stage where I'm feeling a little better,

but sounding a little worse, my apologies to you and to Sarah and to our listeners for

my scratchy voice.

You have a little bit of a scratchy voice, Andy, which might indicate a late night out in

Texas last night in an NRI event.

Yeah, we had wonderful NRI events the last two nights in Houston and in Austin.

It was just really great people. They couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming to us.

And they were all fired up for the coming cycle.

So it was really, it's good to get out and well, you know this better than I do.
