How are you all? Doing well. Great to see you, Lindsay and Dan. Over Zoom still. One day we'll

all be together. One day. I think I need to move to UCSF, though. Hey, you're welcome anytime,

you know. It's great to see you both.

I'm so excited for today's case.

Lindsay and I were just talking about how we're, you know,

plunging into residency interview season, which has been super fun to talk to different

applicants about a lot of people with interest in clinical reasoning and different

specialties. It's just been really inspiring. Well, on my end, I've been, you know, D.C. about a lot of people with interest in clinical reasoning and different subspecialties,

it's just been really inspiring.

Well, on my end, I've been, you know, deep in the diabetic foot world at the VA with

infectious diseases consults. And I had like the heaven's opening moment the other day where I

just saw the beauty of this clinical syndrome. It's not about the foot. The foot is a canvas

for bacteriology and antimicrobial choices.

So I'm just, you know, living the dream as a first year ID fellow. But so excited to see everybody

virtually at this Zoom. Dan, it's good to see that you've gone full ID nerd in your first year.
