QED 2017 takes place on the 14th and 15th of October in Manchester

England. We've already announced speakers like Sophie Wilson co-inventor of the

armed computer chip, Simon Singh who will be showing how to crack a genuine

enigma machine. Phil Scraton talking through the real life cover-up of the

Hillsborough tragedy and physicists Helen Chersky and Tim O'Brien. We'll have a live show from the Parapod Boys and the whole event will be
