Summary

In March of 1989, a Monck's Corner 5 year old did not get off the bus from Kindergarten. Searches ensued with a grizzly and puzzling discovery. Decades have passed, inquests performed, indictments issued then cancelled. Trials set, then cancelled. Suspects arrested and then released with political mudslinging to boot. But still, no justice for Justin.
