Summary

The novel Cell is an interesting zombie tale that takes your cellphone and turns it into the most dangerous object ever put in human hands (sadly, you don't need a Stephen King story for that statement to be true). While the novel itself is uneven zombie thriller with a sci-fi edge, it still has the beating heart of King as a storyteller.  What happens when you keep the story but lose the storyteller? You become a shambling corpse of a movie starring John Cusak and Samuel L Jackson.   As always, write in at stephenkingcast@yahoo.com Follow me on Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and Bluesky.
