And I think it's so critical for what we're doing with patients to learn the whole picture.

Because we all know sometimes people are really good at one part of it.

They can control their diet and fast and do all these different things.

But then exercise is like, oh, I don't want to exercise.

And then other people are great at exercising, but they don't want to change their diet.

So I think when we can figure out that little sweet spot for people, where it's manageable

and they could be busy and get their life together.
