introduce yourself to our listeners? I'm Sam or Samantha. I live in the UK, the North East,

and I like to sew and craft. Yes, you really do like to sew and craft. Very prolific in the

community. Can you tell us how and when you learned how to sew? So I sewed a little bit as a child,

I did dance in and my mum used to make costumes and things and used to help out, but I've really

got into sewing about five years ago. So I had a brain injury or it was a brain infection

brain injury and part of my recovery for that was learning some fine motor skills because I'd been

like I hadn't moved for a long period. So my fine motor skills are quite bad. So someone suggested

sewing and that's where it and I just never stopped. I started so and then I don't think I've

stopped since. That's so awesome. Do you remember what your first project was? It was a unicorn

hobby horse. I still have it. It's really good actually. I would hate to see what the inside

looks like, but it's like a unicorn's head on a stick. It's got a little gold bow in its hair.
