of Thrones and House of the Dragon the TV shows, anything and everything. Our question this episode comes from our patron John the Giant, who asks,

do you think anything important will happen at Castle Black besides John coming back from the dead?

Which is a good question.

Castle Black has been a central setting, obviously, through a lot of the series.

We're coming back to Castle Black.

We came back to it in the last John chapter.

We're back here with a vengeance in this chapter. But I feel like John dying and coming back might be the last

big plot point to happen there. What do you think? Am I missing something obvious? No. I really

kind of agree with you. I'm not sure what, if anything important, would happen at Castle Black. I do imagine

the others are going to march on the wall, but I still feel like the big northern battle will be at

Winterfell. It is where winter falls. So I kind of view them just kind of bulldozing through the

wall because we already got our big wall battle set piece with Mance Raider. And especially reading ahead

to the next branch after we're going to cover next time out, you can really tell George's putting

some work into setting up the night for it, which is, you know, going to be where Stanis theoretically
