Well, hey, everybody.

It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast. And I'm excited to have you back at the time of this podcast airing.

It is the very first Tuesday of May.

I don't know where the past four months have gone, but I just feel like we blinked and it is

about to be summer. And that is exciting because I live here in Pittsburgh and one fact that you may

not know about Pittsburgh is I'm pretty sure it's about as rainy or if not rainier than Seattle. We have probably the most

gray days of any city in the United States. So I'm kind of looking forward to the probability that

it's going to at least be warm and sunny here in Pittsburgh. So my mood is definitely on the upswing.

But that's not why I'm telling you this.

I'm telling you this because we're about ready to walk into three months where for

many of my listeners here on the podcast, we are moms.

We're parents.

We're caretakers.

We have school age kids or even very young kids kids and our schedules are about to massively change.

And I don't know if you've even started to think about what will your business look like in June, July, and August as your kiddos are home from school.
