What's up guys? So today on the podcast, we're going to be answering a question that came from one of our viewers last week when we were doing a live podcast. And I wanted to go into it. It's kind of fun talking about trash talk.

Trash talk is one of those things where it gets people riled up. And basically, we'll get into this question in a second. But I'll get my thoughts on it and it's utility and some different ideas on it.
