down and talk to you about some things that you shouldn't be doing. No, I have something much better

for you. This week, Annie sat down with Knox McCoy, co-host of the pop cast and author of The

Wondering Years, which you will hear all about in Annie's interview. I do want to note at the top of the show that this is a live episode,

which means that the audio quality is very different.
