Hello to my wonderful co-host, Emily Langpole. Hello. How are you today, Emily?

I'm great. How are you? I am really excited for our conversation today. Yeah. We're going to talk about

faith and work. So we have faith, and a lot of us talk about faith all the time in church, and then we have work.

And a lot of times those

two things are so separate, and we don't find the intersection between the two, but there's

got to be one. And so we're going to talk about that today, where faith and daily life at work

in the workplace intersect. And so to help us with that, we have two experts. Yes. No pressure, right?

To call you guys experts. You're the experts. I don't know about that. Maybe. Tammy and Mitch are

part of our church family here at Hope. Both of you are longtime members of this church. But you also are,

I'm just going to say it, highly successful in the workplace. Tammy,

you are the vice president of People Strategy for Graham Construction. Prior to that, you pretty

much ran principal in the HR department. And so a lot of real world work experience.
