Welcome to Fearless, helping you have a fearless faith in a compromising culture. Feeling. For today's episode I'm Fearless, I have decided to do the second part in the

legacy series of what I have learned from my grandparents, especially my grandfather. I just felt like it was very

timely in the moments that we are facing here in our society that we would talk

about the power of scripture. I want us to open our Bibles if you have a Bible because we're

going to see what the Bible has to say about the problems that we face in our

world and in our city and in our communities.

Hello and welcome back and wow how much the world has changed in these last two weeks.

My husband Corey was gone for 10 days during all of this time and he just got back on Saturday

which has felt like he was gone a month I think it's been the longest two weeks of

everybody's lives and so much has happened in those days. You got the travel ban,

the kids not going back to school for a month, the economy, some states have shut

down. It's been sad to watch so many people in their job being laid off of their jobs

And there's just a lot going on and it's like every day when we're waking up

It's like we're waking up to new bad news and it's like I know for so many people they

said it's like the news kept kicking us while we were down and I think for me one of the

hardest thing is watching the news is it's hard to figure out what's you know real and

what's fake of all the information that we're getting and rumors can send people

into a panic I know one day one of the rumors that was

gone around I even kind of read it and thought it was real and my husband wasn't

back and I wasn't panicking but just a little more concerned of the things that

had to get done.
