0:29.7	And I just want to say that I was going on a trip and so Sunday night I wrote the podcast
0:38.0	and I sat down to record it so it could be all done before I left.
0:42.0	And as I spoke, my words felt flat.

0:49.0	This is such a good lesson and there's so many good things in there.

0:56.0	And so I finally just gave up, erased it and said, well, I'll have to do it later in

1:03.9	And then when I got on the plane, I thought, well, I'll edit an interview that I did
1:08.5	with this woman back in February that I've been waiting for the right time and it just
