In today's episode, we are talking all about business guilt. I know we've all felt it,

especially as females. I think there's a lot of guilt that is tied to our business, whether we are having to leave our babies at baby school, or if we are feeling like we want to go out at night,

but we have so much to do or whatever the case is. There's a lot of guilt that comes with running a business,

and I kind of want to dive into a little bit of my story and a little bit about how it can help you kind of understand if you do have this and how to change it. All right. So have you ever heard of the kind of, well, my business is my baby? Well, first I'm going to say your business is not your baby. But I'm going to explain why. My business is my baby. Well, first I'm going to say, your business is not your baby,

but I'm going to explain why. My business is my baby. I brought this idea to life,

hustles all day, sacrifice so much, and now it's here. I can't let anything happen to it.

I have to protect it. So as a solo female entrepreneur, this may have crossed your mind.

You're working yourself into the ground, little to no boundaries.

But hell, wasn't it worth it to now have your business, baby?

Well, yes and no.

But this used to be me, like I said before.

And before I opened my business Rising Wolf, I also

successfully opened and ran two small businesses, and even though the process was beautiful, I was

wracked with guilt. I felt bad for saying no, I felt bad for taking a vacation, I felt bad for not

answering emails immediately.
