And what we do is basically gather around the table here with absolutely extraordinary

And we talk about life.

We talk about health and fitness.

We talk about overall wellness.

Talk about business, entrepreneurship, family values, charity, philanthropy.

We talk about all the stuff that could potentially make your life and somebody else's life better.

So the purpose of the podcast is to give you some marching orders.

Basically what we want to do is give you something to act on, something that you can implement

into your life tomorrow to become a better person.

So that's the purpose of the podcast.
