Today I'm talking about a topic that affects all of us, right?

Even the most confident people sometimes get shaken by life circumstances.

And I'm going to tell you a little story about myself,

right? So when I first started my Beachbody business almost six years ago, it would be six

years in July, I was this shy girl who, when she would come home from the grocery store would open the garage door, would hit the button as she was coming up the driveway, would pull into the garage.

And if anybody was in the neighborhood, I would hit the button on the garage door so that it would

shut before I had to talk to anybody. I am the kind of person that likes to keep to myself.

I am not overly social. I get a little anxious when I have to make small talk. I'm not very good at it.

I don't always know what to say. I look at

other people. I look at my husband and he is a natural conversationalist. He can talk to anybody.

He can make friends with anybody. I on the other hand, clam up. I get really nervous. I'm afraid
