Summary

Sometimes in life it can feel like what we need, what we’re searching and striving for is so hard to come by. Mindfulness practice reveals to us exactly the opposite truth: it does not take much at all to relax into a mindset of “more than enough.” Fully embodied, open-hearted and open to life, the contentment and fulfillment we believed was somewhere in the far-off future reveals itself to be always here and now.

didn't know how to take care of myself at all, was starting to feel the academic pressure

And I don't know how I knew about it.

1:31.5

I didn't even know that I didn't even know that I knew the word meditation at the time,

1:37.1

but I remember thinking in one of my sleepless, anxious nights that I should learn how to meditate.

1:43.8

And that would help me with all of my

depression, anxiety, insomnia, everything I was contending with at that time in my life. So I get to

looking for a teacher. And that's the story for another episode, how I found a teacher. But I find a teacher and I get

practicing and I do it every day. I sit down in the evening. I breathe. I do my best to kind of
