How you doing? Check in with yourself? It's good. It's really good. I started doing it lately. I started checking in with myself and I started asking like how do you feel Christina?

Sometimes I'll say it out loud and that helps because it's just a verbal reminder.

I'm very excited for this episode.

I'm going to be talking about a lot of stuff,

mainly Adderall, but I have a lot of stuff to say before that, so I'm going to say that stuff.
