And today I want to talk about the superpower of learning. Charlie Munger has a quote,

Go to bed smarter than you woke up. And while that quote is great and I completely agree with it.

And we've actually discussed that quote multiple times on this podcast.

My question to you is, do you have a process for learning? We often talk about learning and growing,

but have we created something that actually shows us that we are making incremental steps

in acquiring knowledge or understanding of something

or or growth in some way and it doesn't have to be complicated you don't need an algorithm you

don't need a model you don't need technology it could be simply before you go to bed or after

practice or after your workday asking yourself

the question, what did I learn today?

It could be after you read a book, after a conversation, what did I learn today or what did

I learn just now?

And as you ask yourself that question, and some cases i would recommend even documenting it not even

some cases it's just a great practice to have documenting what you're learning what you're going to

notice and what you're going to see is that you start to make these incremental steps of growth

of knowledge we've said it many, making new mistakes is making progress in

disguise. Not making old mistakes, not making the same mistakes, but making new mistakes.

And as you continue to take track all the lessons you're learning, you're going to grow a lot

and you're going to see that you're going to accelerate and

skyrocket with your growth and in pro sports and with executives and with coaches a competitive

advantage is which team which group which organization can learn the fastest and that's one simple way you can do it is ask yourself,
