Good morning and welcome to the Increase Your Impact Podcast. I'm Justin Sua, episode

2067. It is, as I'm recording this, December 31st, 2004, the last day of the year. And it's only fitting to

have the last day of the year with the message accompanying message being to finish

strong. Finish strong. Now it doesn't matter when you're listening to this, whatever you do,

whatever you do and whenever you listen to this, I think it's always an important message to

finish strong, whether it be the week, whether it be a drill, whether it be a rep, a practice, a season,

you name it, finishing strong and emptying the tank in whatever you do and doing it to the best

of your ability, executing that thing you need to execute, being fully present and giving

your absolute best. And so my question to you is, what can you do to be a

stronger finisher? I think it's very easy to start. We even see that at the beginning of the year.

The gyms are filled with people with high hopes to achieve their fitness goals. And wouldn't you know it,

the numbers begin to dwindle

as a year's past and it's the same people who are there year after year once May, June,

July start to hit. Now, I applaud the starters. I think it's great to be a starter, but it's a lot

more difficult to finish and even more difficult to finish

strong. And so today, my invitation to you is to have the finish strong mentality. Go hard the rest

of the day. When you feel like you want to give up, tell yourself to finish strong. When you feel

like you're losing focus, remind yourself to finish strong. I hope you all have a very happy new year

and I'm excited for the year ahead, 2025. Thanks for joining me and for being with me

through this year and all the previous years. And I look forward to continuing to do this.
