Good morning and welcome to the Increase Your Impact podcast. I'm Justin Sua, episode 2010.

Today I want to remind everyone about the sticky nature of bad results. And what I mean by

0:17.8

sticky nature of bad results, it's it's easier to remember the bad things.

0:23.8

It's easier to remember the bad moments, the mistakes, the failures, the bad moments and

relationships.

1:36.9

things that happened. Obviously, it's not all good. These are the bad things or the unfortunate or

1:42.7

unproductive things that happen. And then the second thing is to ask yourself the question, take all the bad things or the unfortunate or unproductive things that happen.

1:48.6

And then the second thing is ask yourself the question, take all the bad that happened,

1:50.1

and then you ask, what can I learn from it?

1:53.3

How can this make me better?
