| 0:47.5 | whenever I listen to a podcast whenever I read a book I'll ask myself two questions. Number one, under what conditions is this |
| 0:58.4 | person wrong? And then number two, what do I disagree with? And the reason I ask those questions of myself |

| 1:13.3 | We could assume that the so-called expert, and I probably shouldn't have said so-called, |
| 1:18.5 | that sounds disrespectful. I'm not disrespecting anyone, but the expert, the author, the speaker, |
| 1:23.5 | who we hold in high regard myself as well, we can take their word for it. |
| 1:32.3 | And just assume we can all of a sudden just assume that what they're saying is always true, always factual. |
| 1:40.4 | And I've found myself linking and grabbing on to people's advice and their stories and their |
| 1:48.7 | principles without pausing to ask myself, wait a minute, does this work for me? And in many cases, |
