We're so excited to chat with you. Can you please introduce yourself to our listeners?

Sure, so my name is Donnie. I'm originally from the Bay Area in California but I'm currently

a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison,

which occupies ancestral Hochuk Nation land.

However, at the time of recording,

I'm currently in Gamboa, Panama,

doing some field research with leaf cutter ants.
