two years ago three years ago when I first came to Watermark.

And I've gotten to know you. I know, number one, that your husband Creighton, he was on the podcast back on Hebrews 2. So if you want to get to know Casey's other half, her teammate in life, you can listen to Episode

133 and get a refresher on Hebrews 2 from Creighton. And I also know you used to want to be,

maybe you still do, a radio DJ. And I feel like you're getting to live out that dream right now.

It is. This is a little bit of a dream come true,

although I was a DJ in college. So you, okay, you did do it. I did do it. And I tried going that

route after college and quickly realized that I was not going to climb and claw my way up that ladder.

I was good. But you get to live out that dream today. That's right. Here I am.

Okay, so tell us a little bit about you. How'd you come to know the Lord? And what are you up to know?

I was raised in a Christian home, so I was very fortunate to accept my Lord and Savior when I was seven. and just really don't ever really remember a time of

just not knowing about Jesus, but definitely did not choose his best along the way.

But it really wasn't until my 20s, diving in to God's word, honestly, was what did it,

where I just kind of started recognizing that

I was believing a lot of lies or believing my own gospel of whatever I felt like God's ways were.

And it wasn't until getting into his scripture and learning it for myself that I was just

sucker punched with how much he loved me and how much I was running from it.

And so in the process of diving in to scripture and just looking more at his character,

I couldn't run anymore.

I couldn't turn a blind eye.
