Abe discusses how his standup - which used to lean heavily on the butch lesbian jokes - was "a big tell" when it came to realizing he needed to transition, and how he sees comedy as an opportunity to educate audiences without lecturing them. 1:05.5	As a, if y'all haven't listened to episode 13 or if it's been literally three and a half years since you have, you might not recall that Abe and I know each other through actually compassionate friends, which is a support group for parents, siblings, and grandparents who have lost a child of any age.
1:29.6	Both of our siblings passed, and we met, my God, six weeks after my sister died.
