And today we continue our coverage of the various Secret Service

agents that were present that day in Dealey Plaza and begin our coverage of Sam Kinney.

The story of Sam Kinney is a long one, and so we are going to tell it in a couple of episodes.

Kinney was the driver of the presidential follow-up car.

Kenny, at the moment, the shots were fired, had the follow-up car snuggled up within about

five feet of the rear of the presidential limousine.

Unlike others in the follow-up car, he had to keep his eye on the road ahead in the car in front of him,

not the spectators off to one side or another.

So when the first shot occurred and it sounded like a firecracker,

and others began to look around to see where the shots might be coming from or what it was even,

Kenny would continue to look straight ahead, right at the president.

And then the dreadful shot came, which tore a hole into president's head.

It was so powerful that the president's skull and brains were ejected

in a massive spray that landed

in a cone-like trajectory to the back and the left of where the president was sitting,

back and to the left. The sea of blood and brain matter would be all across the left side of the

windshield, the portion of the windshield

that Sam Kinney was looking through, and the splatter would continue at an angle past the windshield,

and the pure physical force of it all would carry the same spray of blood and tissue all over

the two motorcycle policemen who were riding on the left side of the
