It's Monday morning the 2nd of September 2024.

And if you're a youngster and you're off to school this morning, heaven help you. Well, have a good term. Have a good first day back at school if you happen to be listening to this or college or uni or whatever. How are you? Are you well? Good. I'm good. I'm great. I'm glad to be back. As I said,

on the Melody program yesterday. Had a lovely three-week break and I'm reinvigorated,

revitalised, re-energized, ready to crack on. And this is the first papers podcast of the

autumn winter season. Now, I mentioned on the Melodies program yesterday, you would ordinarily

expect the Papers podcast to drop into your podcast account sometime around 715 to 7.30 a.m.

That is Monday to Friday. It might be a little bit later going

forward, closer to 8 a.m. I think, to give me a bit more time in the mornings as the mornings

are darker and colder out with the dogs as I am seven days a week. So we'll see how it goes, but it'll be around 8 a.m.

But not any later than that.

And I'm going to begin with the front page of the times.

If you're new to the podcast, I look at the front pages

and then look at one or two stories inside the papers. More than one or two because there are

always interesting things in there, interesting stories, which makes sense when you look at the

grand scheme of things, the Great Reset Agenda 2030.
