It's an incredibly warm and humid Thursday morning here in Solford.

We didn't get any thunder at all.

Maybe we'd be better off if we had.

It rained heavily overnight, but it hasn't cleared the humidity.

It is sticky and warm and fairly unpleasant now.

But I think we've only a day or two of this humidity to endure before we get back to

I had a bit of a running battle with the GP surgery where I am registered.

Everybody who lives in the UK who has a national insurance number, everybody who is legally a

resident in the UK, people who were born here and then migrants like me, you're entitled to be registered at a doctor's surgery, where if you need a doctor, you'll be provided with one, although these days it's becoming increasingly ever more difficult to secure an appointment with a GP. It is a shit show. In any case, what dealings do I have with GPs very, very little?

I have a prescription, which is a repeat prescription for salbutamol, which is an inhaler.
