Now let's get to the show. Here's your host, Melanie Mitro. Well, hello there, everybody. It is

Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast, and it is the new year. Happy

New Year, guys. Welcome to 2022. This is the first episode in the new year. And I am so excited to be here with you guys. Listen, my podcast has

been going strong for many years. Honestly, don't even know maybe three, four, probably like

four or five years now. And if you are new to the women inspiring women podcast, I started

podcasting because I had been doing this business tip Tuesday.

Every Tuesday, I would go live on my Facebook page and I would give business advice.

And it was 10 a.m. every Tuesday, business tip Tuesday.

And those business tips started to really catch steam and momentum and people started to share

the lives and come back for more. And I had this wild and crazy idea back before podcasting was a

thing and it was popular was to create a podcast. And so I did. I researched and launched my own

podcast. My assistant at that time had helped me get it up and running.

And the Women Inspiring Women podcast was born out into the world.

And here we are four years later, still showing up on Tuesdays to deliver you mindset and business advice to help you get out of your comfort zone, dream big,

take action, and achieve all of the visions and goals that you have for your life.
