privilege in the world to be with so many friends from all over the world who join me every

week to listen to my stories, inspiration, biblical encouragement and I am just so glad

that you're here today. Thanks so much for joining me.

Hi everyone, it's Sally Clarkson with Add Home with Sally and friends and I actually have one of my best friends sitting right here with me today.

Indeed. She is my precious firstborn daughter, Sarah. I promised all my children that I would pay

for counseling if they ever needed it because I practiced being a mom when Sarah. But anyway, it's lovely at this moment in my life to live right down the street from Sarah and to have the opportunity to see my new little granddaughter and to be with her husband and her for many meals and tea times.

And so it's a delight for me to welcome her today. And Sarah, as many of you know, has a new book coming out. It's called Book Girl, a journey through the treasures and transforming power of her reading life.

And it's just such a love for me to read this. I mean, it's just looking back in her soul and her life. And I remember and I told you this last week and thank you for everyone who's been sending

this messages and emails about how you love hearing from Sarah. She just has a way of inspiring me. And I know she does you too. Thank you for your messages.

But I look back when she was just a little girl and I thought this child is destined to do something with words because she eats words as a tiny child by the thousands.

And so we're going to talk again today about her new book, Book Girl, because I think there's so much more to say about why we as women need to be cultivating our minds and our souls.

And I was thinking about it this morning because we actually live not too far within five or ten minutes walk of this lovely up in air market on so much fun.

It is so much fun. I feel like I've been let out of prison or something. Not that America was prison. I just have been working a lot in the past few years.

And I know that I love my home. Don't worry about that. But anyway, I mean, I just feel like a little girl discovery new things about expanding your world.

Expanding my own thought to face.

But this morning I was out in a lovely walk. I'm trying to get my 10,000 at least steps a day so that I can actually eat a few things here because we do a lot of celebrating of life.

We do, don't we? And also I love walking. It's a therapy for me. And so as I was passing by, there's many of these wonderful stalls with food from all over the world.

And I go and win safe for my fruit and vegetables. And Thursdays, I kind of look for little treasures as well as some food.

And today I was passing by the stall and this woman yelled at me and she said, you come here and taste this.

And she was so darling and inviting that I walked over to her booth. And I had the most wonderful.

Chicken and vegetable fresh Chinese dumpling. I get this off in there so good.
