I know talking about the weather is the most boring thing

anybody can do, but there's something very

wrong, isn't there? This weather we're enduring. I've been out this morning in torrential rain.

I came down the stairs wearing a pair of fetching Levi shorts. Yes. My apparel of choice, my trouser of choice is not a trouser.

In the summer, it's shorts. I wear shorts all summer long and most of the autumn. I had to go back

up the stairs, put on a pair of jeans. And then I went to the shed to get my wellies on the 16th of

July, Tuesday, 2024.

What is going on?

Is it interference, is it?

Do you think it is?

I mean, I can't prove it anyway.

But it is wretched.

And if it is interference, why is the obvious and really the only follow-up question?

Why would anybody be interfering it and soaking us into the skin?

Is it to make us miserable?

Is it to beat us down emotionally?

It's horrendous.
