Well, there's questions and there's answers, but this is a group of women that I met at the Low Carb USA conference in Boca. And I met with them a year ago and convinced them that Carnival was the way to go and that the one thing that they probably needed to add to their diet was salt. And one of these women went to Barcelona and ran the Barcelona

marathon, and she was able to shave 14 minutes off her PR, and was also, she said a recovery.

She went for a light run the next day, which is unheard of for her after a marathon.

I mean, she's not in your league, but nobody in the world is. But the point is that they just said the ease of recovery

and not only recovery, but also in training, and I know you probably know this, it's just remarkable.

And she actually recorded a little message for us in Spanish that I'm going to be playing.

So she ate the night before and did the run completely fast and she ate 14 minutes off and was back to running again the next day.
