Hi, everyone. Hope you're having a good week. It's definitely been a tough one. This week started out

with the leak of the Supreme Court ruling, which is not final, overturning Roe v. Wade.

So living in D.C., that's been pretty intense and hectic.

So I invite you during the next hour and however many minutes just to relax, unwind, and not think about that.

Just for a little bit, I think it's really important.

You know, as I've gotten older, I feel like I've realized

the value of compartmentalizing things and only giving yourself a certain amount of time to worry or to

fixate on a particular topic, especially if there's nothing you can do at that exact moment to change it.

And so I don't know how you guys feel about all of that. You know, I work in public health and

politics, and sometimes it all just gets to me, but I just need to remind myself that,

okay, deep breaths and let me turn on one of my favorite

shows and give my brain a break just for a little bit. And maybe that's why I love housewives.

I just find these shows so endlessly entertaining. And speaking of endlessly entertaining, guys, the Real Housewives

Ultimate Girls Trip, Season 2 or whatever it's called trailer that dropped. Oh my goodness.

I have not laughed that hard. Like, I just kept replaying it. It looks like such a mess. It honestly,

the only adjective I could think of to describe it is unhinged. I mean, we've got Vicky,

Brandy, and Tamara together, which appear to be making up a lot of the drama part,

but I just feel like everyone came to play.

I can't stop laughing at the line where Fadra asked Brandy, what made you think the lady was a lesbian?

Brandy goes, her eyebrows.
