i find you well i'm still smothering with the hay fever the pollen allergy and it isn't great

but i'm soldiering on trying to take it easy on the old voice.

I'm doing my best.

But anyway, look, I'm not going to whinge about it.

It is very humid here in Salford this morning.

The old puppies didn't last too long chasing the squirrels in Buell Hill Park this morning.

Noticable it was how quickly they gave up, you know, and they don't often give up,

but they're feeling it. Now, listen, I'm not going to do that BBC bollocks because I know you're

not stupid, you know, that climate change nonsense about how to keep cool because of the

sweltering heat. But listen, if you do have a dog don't go anywhere

without water even if it's only around the corner to the shop i know it sounds a bit mad but just

take a little bottle of water they are drinking gallons of it now as the dogs mine are anyway

liters of it so just keep you know keep an eye on the old puppies is what I'm saying

to you. I'm not saying you're stupid, but sometimes we all need reminding, don't we? Now, to the

front pages, Financial Times, you will not be surprised to learn that Julian Assange features on the

front pages of most of the UK daily newspapers today.
