1:40.4	Yeah, so kind of think of this as you know you're in college or in school where you're like you're you know your teacher assistant.
1:46.4	You know that you're going through you're going to after class for extra credit.
1:50.4	So we appreciate you asking these questions.
1:52.4	So the first question will go to TA Janet and the question is how do you get used to enjoying doing things independently?
1:59.4	This is a great question. As you know, I have spent a lot of my adult life single and so I have really kind of become more accustomed to doing things independently than I am with a partner.
2:12.4	As a tip for anyone who is wanting to get more comfortable with a sense of a dependence, I would say to first identify activities that you enjoy doing and then try to do them alone.
