I've been wanting to bring on a guest for a long time now, and I'm recording at a home studio now, so it took a little help for my friends to get

the technical side set up.

But we're a go as of today.

And I couldn't be happier to introduce you to this first guest we're having on season

two, Dr. Lynn Bauman.

Let me tell you just a little bit about

him before we invite him to introduce himself a little bit. But Lynn Bauman is a retreat director.

He's a teacher, seminar, conference leader. Right now he's the executive director of the Praxis

Retreat and Learning Center, which is an

ecumenical retreat facility that offers opportunities for prayer and study in the rural

countryside of Northeast Texas.

Lynn's also an author and a partner at a publishing house there where they create and produce

materials and texts for spiritual formation, spiritual

direction, and contemplative living. So Dr. Baumann is also a renowned professor who's taught
