Summary

Kate and Doree manage their to-do lists and learn the science of accomplishing things. Then, Phoebe Robinson (Please Don’t Sit On My Bed In Your Outside Clothes) joins the pod to talk about how self-care is more than a candle and therapy isn’t a notebook, what she does to keep writing in the midst of her busy schedule, and why she can’t understand why some people think washing their hands ends with the pandemic.
