Hello everyone. Welcome to the show. Thank you so much for downloading the podcast.

And thank you also to all the wonderful emails you sent in. We're not going to get to read many out this afternoon just because we're both hot footing off to other events.

And we do talk about a few in the show.

Also like to say that we receive emails where sort of people talk about how much the show means to them in various difficult times in their life.

And it's a shame we can't get to read them all out because they really are fantastic.

But I guess we're a little bit reluctant to sort of shower ourselves with praise vicariously through

them, but that doesn't mean that we don't read them. However, this one, we read them all and

they're lovely to receive, so. But this one comes from Sheena. It's fantastic. She said,

Hey, legends, I know you get millions of emails and chances are you won't even get to read

this, but I'll continue regardless on the off chance. Well, hey, we read them all. I've spent the last year recovering from anorexia, and during that time,

my brother casually mentioned enjoying your podcast and that I should give it a try, which I did.

It's truly changed my life, listening to you both. I began to listen in hospital with my headphones

and then encouraged other patients to listen to. We began to have your podcast on in the background during challenging meal times. You have made the atmosphere more relaxed and enjoyable,

and that is no mean feat in an environment such as this. Holy S, mate. Holy Christmas. That was,

wow, it was found that very affecting and very, very pleased that we've been of some help

and wish you all the best and all of your fellow sufferers in that facility, the absolute best.

It's quite something, isn't it?

Yeah, it's amazing.

So it's much appreciated and it means a great deal to hear that that was some solace to you and hope you're doing a bit better now.

So now I'm going to talk about football programs. I got sent a fabulous gift from Richard Parsons. It's a match program from Swansea versus Newcast United on the 15th of October, 1983, 40 pence at the Vetch.

It's from his uncle's extensive collection of football programs.
