It is Thursday the 1st of December 2016 and you're listening to Skeptics with

the back of 2016. So we have a yet.

I mean it's December we're nearly there.

We're 11-12ths of the way.

There's almost 10% left.

There's 8% left.

Oh Christ, don't put it like that.

All sorts of people could die by then. That's really frustrating.

But it's nearly Christmas. Yeah, Santa's going to die.

That's to top off 2016, Santa is going to die.

It's been a good year for people who run celebrity death pools.

I mean, it's a high point score in year.

That's the good thing.

Every cloud has a silver lining and that's a silver lining. People who are morkishly and

macabrely bet money with each other on who's going to die are having a stellar year.

People have made a fortune on Deadpool's this year. They definitely did. Not least Fox who also made a fortune on Deadpool this year.

Was that this year? That was last year, wasn't it? No, it was started this year,

Deadpool. God, it's been a long year. Valentine's Day this year, Deadpool.

We didn't even know there was going to be an EU referendum basically back there.

Because nobody knew that there were, like literally, I mean not literally, literally, but basically
