Summary

The Mafia in New York has always had an interest in the world of strip clubs. Today we talk to Gambino associate and former general manager Craig Carlino who ran one of the most popular gentlemen's clubs in Manhattan, Scores. He discusses his life as a restaurant owner who started managing strip clubs and turning Scores in a business that was bringing in tens of millions of dollars a year. He discusses the infiltration of the Gambino Crime Family into the club and the unlikely mobsters who attempted to help him when an old timer attempted to leech onto him.

Jeff Nadu is an American Mafia researcher, podcaster and content creator. He has worked at Barstool Sports and was hired personally by Dave Portnoy. His podcast "The Sitdown" with Jeff Nadu has put out hundreds of biographies on various mobsters, gangsters and criminals. He's also personally interviewed mobsters like Sammy "The Bull" Gravano, Dom Cicale, Anthony Ruggiano Jr, Gene Borrello and others as well as US Prosecutor John Gleeson and FBI Agent Joaquin "Jack" Garcia. He has been personally endorsed by former Gambino mob captain Michael "Mikey Scars" DiLeonardo and esteemed author RJ Roger.

mafia, whether it's extortion or even owning them is strip clubs.

One of the most interesting stories that I've heard involving strip clubs and the Gambino crime family and Genevice crime families,

1:51.2

is their attempted and successful takeover of scores, which at one point was one of the most popular gentlemen's clubs in New York City. In fact, it was so popular that the height of Howard
