Hello. Hello and welcome back to another episode of the Year Pologami podcast. I'm your host Lindsay and it is so great to talk to all of you again today. Today I have a really exciting interview

planned. Like I've mentioned earlier, as I wind down on this particular project and this podcast,

I am going to use my time, energy, and effort and platform to help give resources to folks who

have been changed by this podcast. I realize

that this podcast has affected people's lives in ways that are hard for me to even understand.

I know it's certainly affected my life. So we're going to be focusing on the resources that exist

for folks. I don't want to just deconstruct everything and then leave you

with nothing. So we've got resources coming. We've got experts coming. We also have people that are

still interested in sharing their story, their history, their experience. So we'll still have

the history that you have come to love about this podcast. But today is a really special interview.

I'm happy to interview the host of the indoctrination podcast, Rachel Bernstein. You might have seen Rachel Bernstein on

Star's new limited series about the nexium cult called Seduced, the story of India

Oxenberg as she leaves the nexium cult. Rachel is considered one of the foremost cult experts, cult therapists in the

country. And I'm really, really happy that she came on to this podcast and is extending her

resources. So I'm going to give you to our Zoom interview in just a minute. But if you're listening,
