suggest you looking him up. Not only was he a military badass, but he's a fitness guru and one of the the funniest people I know on

this planet is Instagram and his Facebook is consistently hilarious all day long and he's an

inspiration for a lot of people. Whenever I get a chance to talk to him, be it on

drinking bros or on Ross Patterson Revolution. I jump at the chance and he had a free

moments. So I grabbed it. I grabbed him for an hour and got to sit down with him and just

get weird with him. I did a one-on- down with him and just get weird with him.

that was very serious and about his life

and his career and everything.

And on this one I was just like, hey man,

I'm just gonna call you to see what's going on.

I'm just gonna spend a late night with Derek Wider and see how your life's doing.

Sometimes you just wanna call your friends.

He's one of those people too that because we have you know the same friends in common if you will that I feel like I've known him for 20 years although I haven't.

Truthfully we've only hung out in person maybe a handful of times and he's just one of those

dudes where you know when I instantly met him, it was just like,

ah, fuck man, I've been best friends with you for a long goddamn time.

He's just an awesome dude and it's a really cool interview and he's just he's full of life and honesty and he's raw and emotional and he's just a great fucking person.
