This is episode 184, and we were having a great conversation with our friend Brandon over at Metallicast this week. Yeah, for those of you who are sort of part of this whole podcasting universe centered around Metallica, there are a lot of us out there. We all know Tom Cui at Alpha Metallica. We've got Ryan Downey at Speak and Destroy. We've got the hilarious dudes at Metallicat. Some of the newer ones, I think there's one called No Life Till Metallica. There's a podcast for all. But then of course, part of the original big four or five of non-bay area podcasting is Brandon at Metallicast.

And he's based out of Connecticut.

He's a cool dude.

He's a music teacher and a father.

He loves the band.

And we've been friends ever since he came on the scene.

A couple of the summers ago, I was a guest on his show talking about To Live

is to Die from Justice.

And we've been talking about doing a crossover jam for a while. I want to do a

crossover sit with all the other Metallica podcasts out there. And we see all of these people as

friends and allies. And it's such a treat to be able to talk to them and share some of our fans

and some of our stories and all that stuff so that's what this episode is we

were going to hear a little bit from him about his album rankings and his top 10 Metallica songs

currently which there were some pretty interesting surprises on his list yeah curveballs for sure

some stuff that i i really didn't even consider uh in the metallic world of all their songs.

And yeah, definitely took me by surprise.
