Oh, thank you so much for being with us. And the first question, which is just a basic question,

is what is pain? Oh, my goodness. So that's a very, very good question. Well, you know,

when you think about pain, you know, that there's something, pain is a signal that there is

something wrong with your body. It's supposed to be a signal that there is something physically wrong

with your body. Now, when you talk about pain, what you could talk about physical pain, you could

talk about emotional pain. But in this case, I'm really specifically talk about physical pain.

So the pain is a signal to your body that saying that something is wrong with the body. And so

that, if you think about it that way, and it's a sign that there's something wrong, and you need

to pay attention to it. Okay. So that is just the first basic attendant of what pain is.
