I am joined by Romaine Domine, also known as Lettis. Why do people call you Lettis?

I mean, the Romaine part is kind of self-exponatory, but then there's actually a story behind it that I worked in kitchens for a long time. And when people go, what's your name? And I'd point at, I don't know if you have this in Europe, but Andy Boy lettuce, which

is a purveyor of fine produce.

Oh, heavens.

And I used to always point it and they go, Andy, and I go, no, no, no, lettuce.

And so, yeah do lettuce on pizza.

I was in there the other day and they were like, you should stop coming here so often.

I'm your best customer.

Give us a break.

But what do you put as far as veggies on pizza?

I'm not for anything, man.

I don't know. I just think, you know, the universe is a pretty big,

expansive place worrying about what goes on pizza. Seems quite trivial. So, Lettis,

tell us about what your job is and how that interconnects with both Red Bull, Boombox, and

mountain biking, really. Yeah, I guess that that is the first question. How did this guy talk his way

onto the Pink Bike Vodcast? Yes, I'm fortunate enough to work for a company called Boombox,

which if you're in the mountain bike space as a consumer or an audience member, you've actually

probably experienced some of our content already. Notably, fast life on track, crankworks, and then

this new show called Race Taps, which we needed a snarky and insightfully jaded Englishmen.
