And I have also had a fair amount of coffee.

And I've lost about 100 pounds. And I've kept it off for, I don't know, three and a half years now.

We, before we started this very podcast, we just listened to our last two episodes.

Yeah.

We have been in our heads, out of our heads.

I know.

For about three hours now. It's been all about, we only

look thin all morning, but we have a lot of steps to show for it because we were, we were

rebounding while we were listening, so it's good times. Yeah, it's funny that we listen back to

old episodes, and by old, I mean new episodes, you haven't heard yet, And we laugh at the same things that we say. Or we try to make the same jokes
